Of course Mpreg stories would have to be slightly more emotional because they’re dealing with pregnancy. In my stories, the men are almost always shocked by the pregnancy. That, to me, adds a humorous element to the story that I love. Then of course we get to see the characters grow closer as the alpha becomes more protective of his pregnant omega. Mpreg definitely tugs at the heart strings and allows the author and the reader to go deeper with the feels.
Jared rolled his eyes and pulled him in for a gently hug. “I just want to take good care of you and pumpkin in there.” Jared rubbed soothing circles into the tight muscles in his lower back, murmuring nonsense assurances into his ear.
WARNING:This short story contains some sensitive subjects. If you don’t prefer Yaoi, Descriptive Sex Scenes, or Mpreg, this is not the story for you, and you have been warned. Also, if you do not like this sort of thing, I would ask you not to comment just to state this fact. Keep it to yourself, because you chose to read it, even after reading the warning.
Indeed, Loki was aware of how terrible he looked, though thankfully he was no longer in agony thanks to a good dose of morphine. He still donned a neck brace, but he also now had plaster casts on both his arms and legs.
As the gentle omega of his pack, Jesse has always felt content and in harmony with the peaceful surroundings of Sunset Valley—the soft, smooth sand dunes, monolithic purple mountains and cozy clusters of trees, all nestled under a canopy of indigo sky filled with endless sparkling stars.
Soren’s mother has one wish – for virgin Soren to be picked up as a war-camp bride by one of the Generals. Except Soren’s virginity is up for bids at the whorehouse, and he seems to already be falling for a masked stranger.
The trend for soulmate/soulmark AUs has cooled off a bit recently, I think, which is fine. It’s just the natural rhythm of fandom, tropes come and go. There have been some really intriguing explorations of the concept, and some that have just used the concept to tell beautiful stories, and this fic falls into the second of those categories. It’s depthful and interesting and well characterised and I was rooting so hard for those crazy kids.
And while magpieinthemorning (female, bi, 30-40, Germany) dislikes “romanticizing and normalizing the existing gender oppression in our society” when it comes to A/B/O, she adds: it’s possible that the couple of omegaverse fics I read were extreme and not representative of the genre. However, they were widely recommended by members of the fandom (that’s how I found them).”
“It often feels like it’s just a way to get stereotypical gender roles into a same-gender relationship. With small, delicate Omegas who stay home and look pretty and have babies. With strong, protective Alphas, who are wealthy and look after them. Omegas as property, Alphas as their owners. It’s like the worst of male/female dynamics from relatively recent history being re-vamped and re-romanticized.” (hiddensymposiarch, female, bisexual, 30-40, Canada)
Dean got Sam pregnant sometime before he became a demon. But now Sam’s gone into early labor in the bunker while trying to cure him, and only he and Castiel are there to help Sam deliver the baby. (Only bottom!Sam please)
Kit just got busted. His family found the dragon-shifter dating app on his phone, and now they’re insisting that he get counseling, saying his attraction is unnatural. But when a dragon saves him from a near-fatal accident, and he finds himself wrapped in the shifter’s arms, he realizes there is no other place he would rather be.
How Do You Know? by LaurieRoar – John having sex with Virgin Sherlock to see whether or not his claim that he doesn’t like sex is true. (my fave) (but I hardly ever see this recced) (super fucking hot)
”Fine,Young Master. It just hurts,Them kicking.” He lies,Smirking slightly to fool Ciel into thinking he’s ok. Ciel buys it,and groans out as he grabs Sebastian’s shoulders and leans halfway into him,Swaying his hips back and forth. Sebastian rides out the contraction with him,Then straightens him up and leads him back around the room,Completely ignoring the growing pressure in his anus. Omegaverse fic is a sub-genre of fanfic that became popular in the fandom from mid-2010 onwards, and is now found in many fandoms. The genre overlays canine-type characteristics on people, including pack hierarchies, the idea that receptive sex partners may go into heat and the canine characteristics of penis’ having a bulbous knot at its base. The genre is also referred to as A/B/O fic after the Alpha/Beta/Omega divisions of pack hierarchies.

I’m a little bummed I didn’t enjoy this more. Something was just missing for me. Not enough to make it bad but just off. I mostly liked the characters, they were fine. I did feel for them. But the writing felt a little….shallow. There’s a lot of serious difficult subjects but it didn’t delve into it deep enough for me. There were a couple of political references that made me laugh/cringe. Braun kind of annoyed me towards the end. The groveling he made Tarek do was a little much. Tarek had his …more
Ever since their first meeting, Matt and Drew have hated each other. Drew is everything that infuriates Matt: selfish, privileged and opinionated, a true alpha. And Matt is everything that inflames Drew, it seems: caring, impulsive and uncompromising.

Another twenty minutes of pushing, screaming, and cursing, Harry finally managed to give birth to the baby boy. Severus clamped and cut the umbilical cord, handed the baby to Draco, and urged Harry to push out the placenta.
Mpreg Part 3/3Brett leans on the door and spreads his legs out. He pushed himself up when his water broke. A gush of fluids poured out leaving him breathless. Right when his water broke, a deep and heavy pressure pushed against his anus. “The baby. It’s coming!” The pressure comes lower and burns his opening. He shakes from the pain. His pants had to be taken off but he couldn’t move. He tried to push and see if the pain would go away. He pushed and felt his opening spread wider and wider. “Ah! It burns! Vicky!” He curls his toes and pushes. He feels a burst a bust and notices his baby’s head was out. He pushed getting excited to meet his baby. He felt his baby move out slightly but was stopped by his pants. He panicked trying to take off his pants but every move he made gave him shock pains in his belly and anus. He pushed harder but the baby didn’t move. He cried out for help and whimpered in pain. He worried that his baby wouldn’t survive from being stuck. “Cmon just please stay with me baby.” He
Nate came back into the room, loaded up with several fluffy towels, a blanket, and a kettle of hot water. Seeing his wife hunched over in the grips of yet another contraction had him setting his items down on the table, rushing over to her side. “Tia,” he breathed out, hands hovering anxiously over her hard, quivering belly.
the main characters are kinda funny and very serious. feeling like you are being forced to “stay in the closet” because of family obligations is not funny, though. i loved how his brother reassured him and let him know that its ok to be yourself. the sex was great, the little bit of violence was not over-done, and the hea was also great. all in all a great trilogy, so far. i cant wait to read the third book.
If England had yearbooks, I’d probably be “Arden St. Ives: Man Least Likely to Set the World on Fire.” I’ve no idea what I’m doing at Oxford and, until a week ago, I had no idea who Caspian Hart was. Turns out, he’s brilliant, beautiful…oh yeah, and a billionaire. It’s impossible not to be captivated by someone like that. But Caspian Hart makes his own rules. And he has a lot of them. About when I can be with him. What I can do with him. And when he’ll be through with me. But now that Caspian’s shown me glimpses of the man behind the billionaire I know it’s him I want.
I really wanted to like this story, but in the end I can’t give it more than 2.5 stars. It starts off ok, but then the story gets weaker and weaker. The text itself is riddled with missing words, poor grammar, and incorrect vocabulary (ie “ravished” used to describe intense hunger. I think the writer meant “ravenous”) There were also so many holes in the plot it felt like the writer was just trying to get to the end and didn’t care about weaving a tight story. And a little fact checking/research is appreciated. For instance, the travel time between Seattle and Billings is way more than “several hours” and there are no “skyscrapers” in Billings. Google it.
There has been a resurgence of mpreg stories in Star Trek reboot fandom, with the LJ kirkspock community, alone, recording over 30 stories featuring this trope in the year following the release of the movie. It is likely to be the setting that has caused this upswing in popularity, with a number of writers explaining away the process as either alien biology, or through the use of futuristic technology and medicine.
Another example of canonical fempreg occurs in Kotobuki Tarako’s mostly mpreg-filled manga Sex Pistols (published in English language as Love Pistols). Madarame Makio, a female character, has given birth to two sons by two different fathers and has also ‘fathered’ two more sons with her female partner Tokashiki Karen.
It was on the way to the infirmary that Spy’s waters finally broke. It came out in one big gush, leaving a large puddle on the floor and making it look like the Frenchman had pissed himself. This only added to Spy’s humiliation.
Four original, unabridged, full-cast productions of Gail Carriger’s most beloved fantasy short stories: “The Curious Case of the Werewolf That Wasn’t, the Mummy That Was, and the Cat in the Jar”: A mummified cat, a secret agent, and an aristocrat entangle Alessandro Tarraboti (father of Alexia Tarraboti from the Parasol Protectorate series) in a rollicking, wry adventure into the supernatural secrets of ancient Egypt.

You sat in the glass cage, hugging a ruffed up stuffed bear on your lap, one of your hands wrapped in bandages, a needle holding some form of liquid spread into your bloodstream, you winced, moving the clothed hand up to your forehead.
NOTE: This is a non-shifter Omegaverse story with alpha/omega/beta dynamics, heats, knotting, and mpreg. In this world, omegas are second-class citizens with few civil rights and almost no protections under the law. Trigger warnings for physical, emotional, and sexual abuse
Alpha/Omega couples are the most biologically compatible and fertile couples. Betas are either infertile or less highly sexed. Usually, there is an element of soul bonding included in an Alpha/Omega coupling that Betas are incapable of achieving, and the bond is usually accomplished by a bite over a gland in the neck (because werewolves, remember?)
