It took him some days to get familiar with the thought of having a baby growing inside him, but the way how Lena took care of him just made him feel more and more comfortable. She didn’t allow him to do any fisical work anymore and cooked him abundant meals anytime he asked for it. Now that he knew that he was pregnant he didn’t care about his weightgain anymore. He just wanted to feel good and staying hungry wasn’t one of the things that made him satisfied.
Lips smiled at the memory a year ago: the Muppets’ #1 fan, Walter had discovered an oil baron named Tex Richman had bought the Muppet Theater and was plotting to tear it down to drill for oil. Walter, with the help of his brother, Gary, and Gary’s fiancée, Mary, got the Muppets back together and put on a show to save the theater. Lips had been working in a trumpet store at the time before Walter burst in and went on a panicked ramble. All Lips could interpret was Muppet Theater, oil baron, and Muppets. He wasn’t sure what Walter was saying and was about to call the cops until he walked into the room. Lips was shocked to see Zoot with Walter and was about to ask what he was doing there when Zoot basically somewhat translated whatever Walter had just said. Being a Muppet, Lips knew he couldn’t let Tex Richman destroy the theater where he got his first job and decided to return to the Muppets.
“Arthur takes Alfred’s hand, standing slowly as they acknowledge and accept the truth. He relaxes majorly as they leave, holding Alfred’s hand all the way home.” Omegaverse AU. Arthur and Alfred are having trouble, so they go to a clinic for help. What they find out surprises them and changes their lives forever. (UsUk) Rated T because of paranoia.
Loved this entry in the OmegaDate series! Indigo (Indy) is a sweet, spiritual Omega with a history of past domestic abuse. Aaron is an Alpha who doesn’t believe in fated connections, spirits, and such. Aaron is a bit rough around the edges, and isn’t looking for anything long term. Aaron isn’t a bad guy; he’s just set in the beliefs he grew up with, and it’s obvious he never had the close relationship with his family that Indy has with his mother and sister. He seems like a bit of a self-absorbed jerk, just looking for a lay, at first. His growth and development were a big part of what made the book so enjoyable for me. Being with Indy works magic on him! There is a bit of angst, and of course the brief discussion of previous abuse, but it is not overwrought or detailed. I wanted to see Dominic get his comeuppance and for him to see what he missed out on, but it was enough for Indigo to get his HEA and never think about Dominic again.
Serione was in what you’d call a unique relationship. He had a genetic mutation where his body allowed him to carry the child of two fathers, and while it doesn’t really affect his daily life, it does put a damper in his sex life because due to his condition, he had to take twice as much birth control pills as anyone else due to the fact that the mutation made him super fertile, regardless if he was ovulating or not.
Taking extra long to pull down Dionysus’ shirt and stand from the place he was in front of him, he held his hand out and motioned for the alien go lead the way after leaving some money on the table. “Oh, fine, if you must hurry along and give birth at home.” He smiled slightly, black eyes full of amusement.
“Am I just an omega to give you babies?” He asks incredulously as he pushes Yoongi back and sits up. To say Yoongi is surprised, was an understatement. He can’t even form words as Jimin is spewing out and crying. “What am I, huh? Am I your husband or an omega so you could fuck? To give you babies whenever you desire?”
Prairie Heat, Prairie Fire is a 75,000 word, full-length book set in the prairie town of Shale River, but absolutely can be read as a standalone novel. No cliffhanger. It contains an enemies-to-lovers story line, explicit scenes of love and lust between an Alpha/Omega couple, pregnancy risk, filthy language, non-shifter MPreg, and handsome country gentlemen in cowboy hats and tight jeans working their hardest for a happy ending.
I can understand the hesitancy of reading if this trope is new to you, it was brand new for me. But I can say I highly recommend it. I will definitely be seeking more of this type of universe, both from this author and others.
I Put a Spell on You (Because You’re Mine) a Supernatural story by estrella30. She describes it as “schmoopy mpreg-wingfic-incest fic”, or in other words, a deliberate attempt to write crackfic and still make people like it. (2006)
Chey Sheffield considers himself your average alpha in dragon society. He has yet to claim a mate, but he has had his share of omegas through an Underground bracket that provides Omega Services. When he gets a letter regarding an auction of unfit studs, he is initially uninterested. That is, until he finds out the Underground is providing a sneak peek of the studs at his p …more
“I’m sorry,” Yuuri sobs into his pillow on their bed, curled up into a little ball with Viktor trying to wrap as much of himself around him as possible. “I ruined your birthday. It was a stupid idea, I should have just taken it by myself and not disappointed you. I’m sorry.”
As part of the Earth Ambassador’s diplomatic party, Lyle Williams didn’t expect to be tempted by one of the colorful, enormous Droukan warriors. But when the green giant of a man offers to show Lyle around the city, he finds he can’t bring himself to say no, even though he realizes that the ambassador might not approve.
There aren’t a lot of MM authors out there that can pull me in within the first couple pages of a book, but Odin Nightshade does it every time! I received an ARC of Charmed Fates and this is my freely given, honest review.
His routine was predictable and the people at the gym knew him by his first name. He was enjoying how his life was going, even after the loss of a close friend. He kept that friend’s dog tags around his neck at all times to remember and honor him.
I’m confused. Other werewolf books by this writer, I’m almost certain, held to another were alpha/omega dynamic and physiology. How can Dallas, of part Taiwanese descent, insofar as we know and his history dictates, a hundred percent human, turn into an omega the same time he transitions into werewolf? Apologies, but while I normally enjoy Walker’s books, this one had me backtracking, rereading, then giving up altogether since the plot didn’t hold my interest, and the details and new developments getting thrown in too bizarre to be credible. I’m very glad I didn’t buy this one – it’s as though the plot well ran dry and this is an experiment or a trial to test ideas that may or may not work. Sadly, this one fell way short of Preston Walker’s usual mark and style. Also, unless the characters are used to incorporate made up words or use peculiarities with language, I cringe and am “most uncomfortable” to see misused superlatives like “uncomfortableness.”. Just – you know?
A mashup of Season 6 and Season 12. When Sam returned from Hell, he brought something extra back with him, the life of a Nephilim, and will do anything in his power to convince Heaven, Hell and hardest of all, his brother, that he is still able to create something good. I suck at summaries.
Adam sighed in relief as the other egg finally came out however knew from the gush of fluids the other eggs were ready also. However push as he might, the next egg wasn’t coming as easy as the other one, wondering why. It felt stuck almost as he figured the egg was in a wrong position, causing him to scream in pain from it not coming out.
Bonus material for my story, “The Story of Keigh,” but could also be read as one-shots. “The Story of Keigh” is all from Keigh’s point of view (she’s an OC and also Crowley’s daughter), so these are other character’s points of view just to keep me balanced. Opens with Gabriel/Trickster.
I have only seen it used in PWP or straight porn fics. Which I can’t stand for lots of different reason. I, then, started to associate the ABO trope with those porn fics and felt a bit nonplussed and put down by the whole thing as a whole as a result.
Groaning loud, Ferris panted after the contraction and slowly lay his baby down on a patch of smooth rocks, before he hefted himself to his hands and knees. His stomach was still heavily swollen despite having just birthed a full term baby. He reached behind himself, and pushed a finger inside to feel if he was really having a baby anally.
I have seen omegaverse around ever since I found fanfiction. Never looked into it more than a glance. But thanks to my friend, I read what it was about and now there’s a sapling of a story in my mind.
In the end, I felt there was a cliffhanger. With how the author ended it I felt like someone hit me in the face with a wooden paddle; with WTF on the tip of my tongue. I can only assume Rian is going to help Taryn in his own way with the Pack War. I guess I will have to see if the next book in the series goes in this direction. If so I will give it a try; if not then unfortunately I must say I cannot go further with this series.
So, the problem seems to be – as ren points out in his quote above – that there simply aren’t enough fics featuring trans characters, and since Omgaverse fics that have male Omegas deal with, basically, men with uteruses who can give birth, the popularity of A/B/O is grating in light of the little interest in trans outside this genre.
What a great read. The book takes you on a journey of emotions and surprises that keeps you focused on the main characters of the book. Dallas is kind and sweet and after a horrible attack in the park by a big ‘dog’ knows something is wrong. Roman’s wolf has gone nuts by attacking and now he must try and fix it. The book is well written and follows Dallas as he is forced to come to terms with what happened to him and how to coexist with his new wolf. Roman must teach him to survive, to do what he must to prove himself. Dallas just wants to go back home. Amazing writing with such discriptions and feelings that it brings you in and you feel the struggle of both Roman and Dallas as they fall in love and want so much to have a future together. The book also bring a end that bring the book full circle. I will be reading more books by this author.
