In this A/B/O universe, there are no shifters. There are no females. There are Alphas who are in charge, Betas who are barren but are allowed to hold jobs and adopt children (usually Beta and Omega children), and Omegas who are the lowest of the low and whose sole purpose, it seems, is to be mated to Alphas and be good little breeders.
Groaning loud, Ferris panted after the contraction and slowly lay his baby down on a patch of smooth rocks, before he hefted himself to his hands and knees. His stomach was still heavily swollen despite having just birthed a full term baby. He reached behind himself, and pushed a finger inside to feel if he was really having a baby anally.
Written as a birthday present for my dear friend, kat lair. Sam’s lumbered with something more than just a wound after a run-in with a surprisingly cooperative demon. MPreg. NOTE: keep note of all dates given, to keep track of time and age.
Male pregnancy has been used as a theme in various works of fiction, including the 1978 comedy film Rabbit Test, the BBC science fiction sitcom Red Dwarf and the 1994 comedy film Junior (shown below).
I’ll just save that since I am trying to write a oneshot based off a larger story using this verse as I’ve read a few that I quite enjoy. This was really helpful at explaining this. Thanks for putting this together!

Yeah, I’m surprised at how much I liked this. I think I’ve read one book by this author previously, and didn’t care much. That means nothing when I see a book featuring A/B/O Dynamics, Knotting, and MPREG!!!! Yes, count me in! Got to say there was no mpreg in it for me. Yeah, I know the brother was, but he wasn’t the main character. I like my mp …more
Interesting premise.. I’m not familiar with mpreg stories, I think this is only my second book but I did enjoy the world building in this book. It was a depressing read at times but I enjoyed the story nonetheless.
Alphas would most likely carry their doll everywhere with them, growling at anyone who threatened to touch it or even come too close to it. The protectiveness of the doll shows that they are a possible Alpha. Of course, they would leave the doll aside when the time to fight came.
“The mirroring of misogeny in A/O dynamics. Worse, portraying the discriminations between A/O in a way that it looks like that is something natural.” (Ged_the_Winged, female, heterosexual biromantic, 15-18, South Korea)
“Well gorgeous, you’ve been looking off into the distance like your thinking about something so damn important for the last two hours, and I wanna know what the hell it is exactly” you chuckled at the male.
A similar premise was used in Life from the Ashes in X-Files fandom in the 1990s. In that story, a virus biologically changes half of the male population into breeding partners who emit sex pheromones. Social differentiation between the biologically determined groups is not explicit, although by the end of the story, it is implied.
Hinata is an expert midwife that is in high demand. He is caught up in a war and finds a wounded soldier, after he nurses a mysterious dark haired soldier to health. Will the soldier let him go when the time comes? At the same time a rumor is circulating that the prince of the Aobajosai kingdom is missing in action. Another rumor is that the prince’s brother may have had something to do with it. This doesn’t matter to Hinata right? Hinata just wants to raise his daughter free of war and Alphas that would brutalize him.

Naruto held his breath, it was the big alpha male with the bear mask, and the quiet but deadly alpha male with the black panther mask, Hyou. They had actually joined the chase for him. The elite ninjas in the entire ANBU forces, and they were all looking at him like they were about to eat him alive. His breath came in short gasps and he started rubbing his ass against Akatora in a desperate need of friction. He whimpered at the mere though that he had just been caught by these four men, and it looked as if they were all going to join in for the night.
Saved is the first book in the series and I enjoyed it. I didn’t end up loving it unfortunately but I absolutely enjoyed it and I really very much enjoyed seeing Braun and Tarek again in this one. In Heard, Jax is coming at his relationship with Karter from a similar emotional place as Braun was to Tarek. Both Jax and Braun are strong, independently minded omegas. They are both coming from a place of being dominated and dictated to, and are to be in a relationship because they want to be treated as equal and are wary of whether that’s possible with an Alpha. I liked the way Jax dealt with everything and how he handled all of his emotions. Although I like Braun and understood all of his trials and tribulations, I guess I felt like he came off a little bratty maybe? I’m not sure, he just didn’t melt me like Jax did. I was never turned off or had to remind myself what he had gone through to understand or justify his reactions. I guess the best way to say it is that while he was strong he wasn’t rigid, he still had soft edges.
One aspect I hadn’t considered until I began to explore the reasons people enjoy the genre is its relation to the trans community. While most MPREG fics feature cis men, it seems there’s still something about it that appeals to the transgender and genderfluid community. I was happy to hear their reasons and look at it from a different perspective.
Some believe that there are creatures that exist between this world and the next. There are shadows that move from dark corner to dark corner, searching the night for victims that they can feed from. They visit you as you sleep, stealing a piece of your soul, as they avoid the light.
Niso nodded, picking the baby up and out of the water quickly. “Breathe Francis…” He mumbled, getting out to get a towel and dry the baby. After he wrapped it in a fresh one, looking at Francis. “Are you feeling any better?” Niso mumbled, laying the baby down with its sibling then climbing back in the tub, frowning at the younger male.
Kendall wasn’t looking for a relationship, he was still trying to get over his last one. But there was something enticing about James Diamond. He was perfect. But there was something else about him.
