A dangerous first time that’s scorching hot! Scott Chambers just received a once in a lifetime opportunity—a brand new job at the government funded X-Tec, a biological research facility in Washington DC.The catch? X-Tec is run by his domineering father, and the thought of spending 12 h…
Violet, her best female friend advices her to try making Ethan jealous by faking a boyfriend to see his reaction. Violet recommends to hire Adam Cole, a drop dead gorgeous male escort to pose as her boyfriend for two days.
You can add books with characters that have animal characteristics but don’t actually shift so please no coyote packs etc. (Mainly, don’t add werewolf romances since there’s just so many and are so similar. You can add exceptions to shifter romance such as Stephanie Burke’s Absolute Perfection.)
Yuuri should have known the moment Viktor Nikiforov stepped into the banquet hall that he was not like the other sponsors. Catching the eye of the gorgeous alpha had been a curse, and Yuuri soon finds himself trapped in a cycle of bond, breed, and repeat. First it’s weeks, then months, and then years have passed in a world of blood and death. All he can do is protect his children so that they don’t ever suffer his fate.
“All of us gave up hope on him the first day he was gone and we were sure he was dead when he didn’t come back after a month,” Head Alpha Park says and adds. “Apparently we all underestimated him. If all Jeon Jungkook needed to become strong enough to murder his father was one year in the forest, then what can he do now? What did he even do in that year?”
4. My Hero by XxRoGuExHeArTxX: When Harry is brutally beaten & raped by a mystery assailant, a very unexpected hero comes to the rescue in the form of Draco Malfoy. Nothing at Hogwarts is as it seems though, and Harry & Draco soon realize all they can depend on is each other. ***Another golden age fanfic that I followed for five years until it was finished. Once again, more Drarry tropes here but fics like these were the reason why those tropes were so popular back then.
Author’s summary: Derek waits until the door is shut behind him before he turns around. He holds out his hand, plants his ‘if you’re not weird about it, I won’t be’ smile on his face and says, “Nice to meet you, Stiles. I’m Michael. What kind of a good time are you looking for tonight?”
Spoiler: On top of a good insta-mate bear shifter story, the author adds a hot lumbersexual and mpreg in a very readable and decently written story – nice work for topics that often veer into incredibly cheesey, simplistic, or sex-focused smutty reads.
As you’d expect from something that’s 180k long, this is plotty and deep and takes its time taking you on a journey. It’s quintessentially a fix it fic, fixing all the things the author (any many others) didn’t like about canon at and after season 4 of the show. Which means, spoiler alert, a lot of people who are dead in canon are not dead here. But the way everything is explained and how it all fits together works so well, I didn’t mind in the slightest. It’s a bit like everything you wished canon could be, and that’s certainly not a bad thing. I almost wish I’d waited and read it all in one rather than as a WIP, because as much as I usually don’t mind reading things as WIPs, I feel like this should be read the way a novel is read – all in one. So if you can do it that way, I’d recommend it. If you can’t, read it anyway. It’s the canon we all deserve, and if Jeff won’t give it to us, we’ll damn well make it ourselves.
Outside of dreams, an Alpha knotting and the potential for impregnating his male omega mate is saved for the end. This is more a “will they or won’t they” end up together and which Alpha is right for the omega story rather than a book of repeated, hard-core sizzle. It’s nice piece for those readers who like focus on plot and character as much or more than the heated Alpha/omega Mpreg breeding scenes.
That Castiel can hear horses approaching now could mean that these are intruders, perhaps foolish marauders passing through, or even poachers. Castiel puts down the dough he’d been working on and stands up, quickly scanning the room for things that such thieves might want to take from his cottage. The firewood, perhaps, or maybe the spun wool, put aside for market day.
Initially not wanting to settle down, James meets Stewart; devastatingly good-looking, charming and aloof, Stewart is everything James never knew he wanted—except that he seems to have something against James and everything he stands for.
So I finished Striped and Bear and immediately had to read the second part of this story…so glad that I did. I love the premise of this story…differences bringing us together! Bears, tigers, oh my!!! This story picks up with Mark (Matthew’s younger brother) meeting his mate Zeke (Ezra’s cousin)…alright, a little contrite I know but the story was fantastic. Love, adventure, kidnapping, Polar bears…it’s all here. Thoroughly enjoyed this story and hope we get to see where the Bruner family and their mates (& kids) go next…Gus Klondike did another great job bringing the characters to live and using differing inflections to the characters. Good book…
As the weeks went by, Chris’ belly got larger and larger, but he was never uncomfortable. His skin seemed to grow quickly enough to avoid stretch-marks or unpleasantness, but the baby inside seemed much lighter than it would seem, considering its size. At two weeks, Christopher’s stomach was the size of a small beach ball, and he held it before him as if it were one, filled with not much more than air.
“Reading my favorite characters struggling with something I can relate to, and seeing them starting a family plus all the angst that usually comes first. I also love kid fic, and sometimes MPREG is part of a kid fic.” -Alias
Another common thread from our respondents was how enjoyable it is to see a couple that can’t traditionally make a biological child be given this chance. This usually involves same sex couples, but I was surprised to find that some infertile women could relate to this aspect of the genre as well.
She nodded in understanding, slowly pulling away as he regained his footing. Her hands slid beneath his shirt, palming the sweaty flesh beneath. When she settled her hand against a hard bump at the base of his belly, they both let out a soft gasp of surprise. The baby had definitely gotten into position!
Each book I read in the series brings me a new favorite couple, so basically it means I love all the couples whose stories we’ve gotten so far and Constable Karter Jenks and Jax Orris are no exception. This story moves on from brothers Braun and Kell, but they are still here with their mates and friends, helping out and moving forward.
In DC Comics canon Kon-El gets half his genes from Clark Kent and half from Lex Luthor. This leads to some Smallville Clex fic where he is the result of mpreg rather than laboratory experiments. Pinky and the Brain from Animaniacs also have a genetic son together.
