Before long, Drew’s chaotic work schedule has Matt feeling lonely, and when Matt reaches out to his old pack for support, he finds that their company only amplifies the isolation that he feels at home.
“Samuel, good morning. And yes I guess I’m a bit excited. Last night, I thought about what you said, and decided that you are right. There are no rules that say that I have to stay with the alpha once I’ve conceived. So I decided to follow you advice and I’m going to start looking for a ‘donor’ right away.” Castiel left the kitchen with the same smile on his face, and missed the growing look of horror in Sam’s face.
The book is appropriately named because the courtship of Vale and Jason is slow. They have to follow the rules of being bonded. I was starting to struggle with reading it because I feared the author had limited the possible outcomes. This was not the case. The omega rights and restrictions reminded me of battles we humans have had and are continuing to fight.
Jensen is difficult, Tapping had warned him. He took down three katil. Granted they’re not to your caliber, but who is? Be careful. Don’t get cocky. Jensen looks harmless, but he’s very resourceful. He won’t take a mile because an inch is all he needs. You understand?
Omega. Breeder. That’s what Erik was. As an Omega, his pack had all the rights to him, and anyone willing to take him could claim him as their own when he came of age. Only… Erik didn’t want to be claimed. Determined to avoid a forced mating, Erik decides to run – only to find himself in the arms of the Alpha of the neighboring pack. But could happily ever afters exist for an Omega like him…?
*** The tag heat/mating cycles implies a degree of dub-con in of itself, owing to the nature of most heat!fics. If a fic tagged as ‘heat/mating cycles’ also carries the ‘non/dubcon’ tag, then there are more consent issues involved than normal (for instance, a fic wherein a character tampers with another character’s heat suppressants will carry both the ‘heat/mating cycles’ and the ‘non/dubcon’ tag).
The story did not deliver quite as much as I would have preferred, as some of the “world/setting” reveal was rather bland, and the overarching background plot (a Triad+Omega sent by an exiled/almost powerless goddess) was too huge to be easily acceptable. This mega-story certainly is intriguing, but it came across as a bit too blasé for me. (I guess I expect a long, detailed and provocative exploration for such an epic storyline.) Still, this level of drama separates this work from others that are a bit more “mundane” in their treatment of Werewolf-human interaction.
Spy just gazed down at her. She continued to wriggle and cry as he held her. She was so small, she fit perfectly into both his hands. She had all of Sniper’s features, she was practically the spitting image of him. She still had her umbilical cord attatched. Spy felt a wave of emotions overcome him all at once. His vision blurred, tears streamed down his face and he realized he was crying. Suddenly he became aware of Sniper standing next to him. He looked up, and saw that he was crying too.
‘Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit’ was all that was running through Sniper’s head. This could not be happening. He was only vaguely aware of Spy staring at him. When the contraction ended, Spy straightened himself up with a hand to his back. He turned to the assassin.
When an Omega is pregnant other Omegas will flock towards them, causing the Alpha to get jealous and tense with all the attention on their Omega. This make them go into an even more protective mode than usual.
Mpreg ElevatorMark, a pregnant male teenager, was in his second trimester of pregnancy. His belly was huge and round. He was abandoned by his partner so he decided to raise his child alone. He started going to a yoga class for pregnant males. He made new friends. They were separated into classes with the same months of pregnancy they were in. He went twice a week and stretched with his pregnant buddies. He loved going because it really relaxed his body. He went day after and reached his third trimester. He was 9 months pregnant with his first child. He was excited for his baby to come. Every day he would let his baby listen to music, hear stories, and he bought baby clothes. He was ready for the baby to come. He went to his yoga class like any other day and talked to his friends. They would feel each other’s bellies. The instructor came in and got them ready. The classes were about an hour each. It was over and Mark and his friends went into the elevator to get to the first floor. CRASH! The ele
