Maybe I’ll buy a pacifier and give him it in a box with a tag on it… Maybe… Or maybe a bottle…? Hmmm… This is harder than I thought… Maybe… Maybe I’ll do a whole thing; a diaper, a bottle, and a pacifier as well as booties… Yeah! That sounds good! Now to do it. I’ll tell you how it goes Juniper. I’m gonna name you Juniper. The one friend I can tell anything to.
Yoongi showered Jimin with kisses when he regains his conscious, he praised him and repeated ‘I love yous’ to his face. He gushed about their baby and how she’s the most beautiful person before Jimin. So yeah, he’s biased to his baby.
Mike was down on his luck. Being 21, without a job and kicked out of home when his parents had enough of him, he was spending most of his time hitch hiking town to town doing small jobs for some spare cash. He was a relatively thin boy with dark hair. He could be a model if he paid attention to the groom plus if he had more money to by better clothes.
He was sitting against the wall in the back of the stage when Freddy found him. He sat down beside Bonnie and snuggled up next to him, nuzzling his face with his own, and the bunny giggled. Freddy’s hand went to his husband’s stomach, feeling their unborn child moving around.
“Also I looove the idea of true mates/soul mates like knowing by someone’s scent that you’re meant to be together, bonding for life (and just bonding in general), in some fics true mates can telepathically connect too which is great. all the destined to be together shit is fab.” (erin, female, pansexual, 18-25, UK)
If the conflict was supposed to be dealing with the other pack, well the author solved that conflict and then blindsided us at the end I guess for dramatic effect? I don’t even know. I was not only confused, but I was also asking, why? Absolutely nothing, aside from Jason’s heat, was resolved. The court hearings were very anticlimactic in a story that started with two men running for their lives. Idk what I expected. Death? *shrug* It certainly would have been more interesting.
I thought this was an excellent read. So far, I have loved each book by Preston Walker. I am a big fan of the mpreg romance and of course, Mr. Walker with his artistic license has his own stamp on this genre. I love the way he writes, his sentence structure, his world usage and his imagination in his world building. There were some nagging questions I had: why did Roman bite Dallas? It was not explained clearly enough to me. Why were the east coast wolves way more aggressive and primitive than the west coast wolves? Dallas’s character seemed to expand and grow off the page, embracing his omega that the west coast wolves clearly benefited. Other than these questions, I thought the book was excellent and an entertaining read. It is possible I read this too fast, eager for another read by my ‘fav-o-rite’ author. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an entertaining read. I rounded it up one star from the 4 I originally rated because he is my favorite author!!!
WARNING: SPAM-SCAMS!!!There are companies who target inexperienced/hopeful writers, often approaching them through scam campaigns like this one on dA: http://laurythompson.deviantart.com/ . Almost 3000 identical messages left in a single day. Yeah, that’s a LOT of GENIUS. There was another I found, fortunately banned already, by the same person.
The story line is pretty good, but it lacked some details I really wanted more information, or more time spent describing. Kyle, one of the MC’S, has some serious issues regarding Jake, the other MC. Unfortunately, these are just glossed over almost immediately with no explanation as to what exactly the issue is, or why, and in the blink of an eye, he gets over the issue with no discussion or follow-up.
Professor Vale Aman has crafted a good life for himself. An unbonded omega in his mid-thirties, he’s long since given up hope that he’ll meet a compatible alpha, let alone his destined mate. He’s fulfilled by his career, his poetry, his cat, and his friends.
