This policy covers bawlby.com, its browser player and the native Bawlby game. HELUSSIVE EOOD is responsible for personal data we process. Painting needs no account. We do not run advertising, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics, and we do not upload your artwork.

Your paintings and device

Creations, their names, your palette, language and game settings stay on your device. The browser edition uses local storage and IndexedDB; native editions use local files and system preferences. They are not sent to us or synced by Bawlby. Your device or browser provider may include them in its own backups. Clearing site data, uninstalling the game or using private browsing can remove them. Export pictures before clearing data. Deleting a creation moves it to local trash. The game removes trash older than 30 days when it next opens. Exported pictures stay until you delete them.

Website requests and support

Our host receives the IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and response status needed to deliver the website. Security and error logs help prevent abuse and diagnose failures; they are not used for advertising or profiling. We process this information for our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Routine server logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days. If you contact us, we use your email and message to answer your request, normally keeping correspondence for up to 12 months after resolution. A dispute or legal duty may require a longer period. Please do not include a child's personal information or private artwork unless needed for your request.

Optional tips and external services

A tip is optional and unlocks nothing. The adult gate guards purchase actions and external links. Apple or Google processes in-game payments in supported store editions; the game checks and confirms unfinished orders at startup without opening a buying screen. The website opens Stripe Checkout only after an adult chooses a tip. Payment providers process purchase and payment information under their own policies; we may receive transaction records needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. We never receive your full card details. Purchase receipts used by the game are not sent to Unity: the included purchase-telemetry path is removed. GitHub feedback and other outbound links open external services only when chosen; those services may receive your IP address and anything you submit. They may process data outside the EEA under their own safeguards and policies.

Children and sharing

Children can paint without signing up or sharing personal information. We do not knowingly collect children's profiles or contact details through gameplay. A parent or guardian should handle tips, support requests and sharing outside the game. The parental gate is a practical check, not identity verification. If a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can assess and delete it where appropriate.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details below. We may need proportionate identity checks and will normally respond within one month. We cannot access or recover paintings stored only on your device. You can complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection or the authority where you live or work. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the site, handle correspondence or payments, or where law requires it.
